JAI means VICTORY in India, and that’s the way we feel it too. Wearing our jewellery means carrying out a positive message. The message that anything can be conquered, like long distances or cultural differences. We love working with our people in Jaipur. We have a team of freelancers all with their own specialty. They’re the best craftsmen, real artisans. And yes, surely we take good care of our people there. We make sure they work under good conditions, we pay them a good salary so that they can send their kids to school, but that’s all perfectly normal to us. TO BE JAI is to take social responsibility.
